Once you pass the discreet gate and the tree-lined driveway, take a deep breath and let yourself truly unwind. Discover a unique estate that embodies the elegance and lifestyle of the Île de Ré. Designed to open onto the outdoors, it exists in harmony with the surrounding greenery—a true delight for the senses.

We helped bring this project to life visually by creating a series of interior and exterior renderings, as well as a 3D animated film. Our goal was to allow people to envision themselves in this exceptional setting and to bring the architectural vision to life right from the design stage.

Maximizing immersion and bringing the project to life through video

There is so much to say about the Domaine des Sens experience! To complement the projection and offer a more complete immersive experience, our team produced an animated film.

Respecting the history and soul of the site…

The primary challenge here was to create a faithful visual projection of the estate within a specific—and strictly regulated—historical context, without compromising its soul or resorting to a caricature of the local Île de Ré style, while simultaneously infusing the contemporary touch expected for a project of this nature. Architectural volumes were clarified, materials revealed, and the atmosphere rendered tangible. Day and evening moods, the interplay of light, and the integration into the landscape were all explored with precision.

A focus on materials, vegetation, and light…

We placed special emphasis on rendering materials—local stone for the walls, earth for the roofs, metal for the structures, and wood for the interiors—and on faithfully integrating the landscape design. The arrangement of terraces and pools enhances reflections, shadows, and the interplay of light throughout the day, creating an atmosphere that is at once intimate, warm, and refined.
