This new, more contemporary chapter involves reimagining the space to transform it into exceptional offices while honoring the site's heritage. Rehabilitating this building means, above all, engaging with two centuries of accumulated layers—traces to be preserved rather than erased. The concept is rooted in the idea of the "imprint," creating a dialogue between the historic structure and a decidedly contemporary design vocabulary: mirrored cubes, natural stone, courtyard greenery, linear neon lighting, and more.
