In our sector, we have always had this problem of finding an appropriate option in the drop-down lists of professions? "Graphic Designer", "Artist" or "Other", this is perhaps where we are, at least for now, it remains very vague in the eyes of the world.
Getting back to our work, you can't really tell what our role was just by looking at one of our images, that's true. Anyone can form an opinion about whether they found the quality good, but what exactly was our role?
Did we simply use our extensive knowledge of the real world to translate design information into a technically accurate and aesthetically pleasing image? Or did we draw on a wide range of technical and conceptual skills related to 3D software? These are the questions we might ask ourselves when looking at our work that make it difficult to clearly define.
Architectural visualization is a blend of technical and creative skills that combines several fields: 3D, architecture, and design. It involves modeling and enhancing an architectural project in 3D to help a client visualize and better understand the overall property they will receive. At Valentinstudio, we don't create architectural plans; we work primarily with architects and real estate developers who provide us with project details and 2D plans so we can visualize the project in 3D.
In our case, we primarily create 3D visualizations of the exterior and interior of high-end projects. As every architectural concept is unique, each project will have different expectations and require specific knowledge. This allows us to constantly challenge ourselves at the studio by learning new software and tools while adapting to client requests.
